we collect from our users “you” while they are using our service, games,

When making in-app purchases in our games and/or apps, we do not collect or have any access to your name and billing information, this information is collected and stored by your device or service that your device is using (Apple Game Store /APP Store/ or Android Google play)
We use Service Providers in our business model and depending on the
service we need, it (“the Service Provider”) may have access to your
personal information. We do not have direct control over how the Service
Provider uses your information and we can’t guarantee that this
information will be used as required per our contract with them. We are
not responsible for how that Service Provider misuses your personal

The purpose of which we have stored your personal information will determine how long it will be stored, but we will not retain any personal information for longer than is necessary for our business or legal requirements.
For us at Avus Studios as an online business and our Service Providers,
it is important to know how users interact with our games and/or apps to
measure, analyze and improve the performance of the “games” and/or
“apps”, and to continue to update and develop them. We will use this
information to assess game difficulty, fix bugs or errors and evaluate
our users demographics.
If you have connected your Unity, Google, Facebook profile to your game
account we will use such information provided by you to connect you with
other game users, in this regard, we may ask you to provide your email,
profile picture, name, Facebook Friends, Facebook ID and other publicly

We show ads in our apps and games with the help of third-party
advertising partners.
To show you relevant and/or interesting ads
that you may want to see, Ad Networks may collect and use your
Advertising ID, location, device information. If you do not want to
receive Targeted Ads, you have the option to Opt-Out of receiving
Targeted Ads on your device by simply enabling “Opt out of Ads
Personalization” on your Android Device or “Limit Ad Tracking” on your
IOS Device. You may also opt-out from specific Ad Networks in their
respective websites. Note that if you opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads,
you will still receive contextual ads, which are non-targeted ads,
related to the content of the game you are playing or the app you are
using.
We also run our own ads to promote our games and/or apps, using
third-party Service Providers, which help us optimize and measure the
performance of our ads and use their own tracking technologies to track
installs, clicks, impressions, and other statistical information. In
some cases, we will share your secret (“hashed”) or anonymized
Advertising ID with those Service Providers(“Ad Partners”) so that they
can help us better market and promote our software.
The information that we share is limited so we do not specifically
identify you by name or share your personal information. You can always

To help us keep our Games running, we show ads in our Games with the
help of third-party advertising partners ("Ad Partners").
We integrate Ad Partners' technologies into our Games which are then
used by the Ad Partners to determine what kind of ads to display to you.

If you are under the minimum age, you are prohibited from using our

individuals and if we become aware that a child under that minimum age
